much does engraving cost?
Engraving prices vary according to job.
Plaques are priced differently than crystal,
glass, acrylic and so on.
Can you engrave logos or artwork?
Yes, we can engrave logos or artwork.
Is
there an extra charge for artwork or logo?
Yes. Logos have a first time set up fee. Every job
has a set up involved for engraving. Please e-mail
logos for evaluation.
What
type of artwork do I send?
Artwork should be in black and white. Logos can be
e-mailed in either .jpg, .tif, .pdf, or .doc,
depending on the equipment that we will use, so
please call to confirm which format.
What is normal turn around time of an order?
Please call us for specific orders,
since orders may depend on items in stock. We do
our best to meet your deadlines. For orders with
artworks or logos please allow extra time. We do
offer rush service on request. A rush fee may
apply.
How do you ship?
Our preferred method of shipping is
UPS Ground. We also offer expedited next day,
second day and other priority services. We pack
everything very carefully to ensure they arrive in
perfect condition.
